Hi, I’m Claire a Pilates instructor based in Surrey, London. I am a trained Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor and nutritionist and I absolutely love what I do!

I started Pilates 7 years ago after my surgeon recommended it to me to aid in my rehabilitation following a severe accident.

Not only did it help me to regain my fitness, strength and self-confidence it also instilled a love and passion for Pilates and a goal of becoming a Pilates instructor.

I now enjoy helping others in their rehab, body transformation, fitness goals and getting people on their road to recovery. I also follow a clean eating plant-based diet and love helping others to work through their health management goals.



I am delighted to be able to offer clients Group Reformer Classes at all levels from the Garden Studio in Claygate.

The reformer offers all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These things, in turn, lead to daily life improvements like better posture, efficient movement, and for many, relief from the pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain.

The Pilates powerhouse muscles—the muscles of the core—are paramount for building strength. Flat abs, strong backs, toned buttocks, and firm thighs are all results of using the reformer.

Traditionally only taught in one to one settings, the studio is the first of its kind in Claygate and I will be teaching 5 students on the reformer at one time.


Beginner: No Pilates Mat-work or Reformer experience

Beginner/Intermediate: Some Pilates Mat-work and/or Reformer experience

Intermediate: Good level of fitness and some Reformer experience

Intermediate/Advanced: Good level of fitness and moving to advanced Reformer level
