Clear Skin tips without products

This is a subject I want to help so many people with.

I struggled for so long with my skin, I would get so down about it because nothing I did ever worked.

My skin started breaking out in my teens like it does for most people and unfortunately I think it was hereditary as my mom struggled too.

I was about 14 years old when I went on the pill Dianette as my doctor said it would help my acne, I was on it for about 10 years and it made a big improvement, but after 10 years it was discontinued and taken off the shelves so something couldn't have been right with it.

My acne got so bad after I stopped taking it and NOTHING I did helped, I saw every doctor going and paid so much money on dermatology appointments and they all wanted to put me on Roaccutane, I didn't want anymore tablets!! by this time I was in my early 20s and heard so much bad press about Roaccutane I didn't want to take it.

So I decided it must be something I am doing that's flaring my skin!!!

I did some research and decided to see a kinesiologist, they did various tests and saw I had a really bad intolerance to dairy.

They put me on a strict diet which was no dairy, sugar or wheat for 4 weeks!!! OMG it was life changing!!!!!

My skin in those 4 weeks changed so much, my acne disappeared and my skin was so clear!!!! Also my stomach wasn’t hurting anymore, my IBS calmed down and my bloating had gone !!

Now I know I couldn't sustain this forever so I tried to reintroduce wheat and sugar and I wasn't too bad but as soon as I put dairy into my body my skin would go crazy and flare up !!

Since my 20s I have done immense research on animal products and now have a plant based diet. It has really worked for me and I feel less lethargic, less bloated and my hair, skin and nails are so much better.

I also went on to study plant based nutrition so I could help others with their struggles.
