Beat the Bloat

I cannot even begin to tell you how my bloated stomach has taken over my life !!!!

I know a lot of my friends will say to me 'you're always moaning about your tummy' haha and they’re right, I always was !!!

Nothing I did ever helped my bloated stomach, I would try every pre / pro biotic and pray it would help and nothing,

I would buy every gimmick going and fall into every sales trap of supplements. I desperately wanted to have the flat stomach I saw so many people have.

In the end I decided to take matters into my own hands, I started to write a food diary and log everything I was eating and monitor at the end of the day how I was feeling – I’d rate when my bloating started and how much pain I was in, this helped me work out what my triggers were.

Bearing in mind I had my intolerance tests done and nothing was found. I really thought gluten was my issue.

However, my main issue was over indulging in one setting, basically not eating for hours then eating way too much and too quickly.

Secondly I tried to drink a litre of water as soon as I woke up and another litre throughout the day. At first I really struggled but after a few days I was in the routine and loved the affects, my stomach was flatter, my skin was more clearer and I had way more energy !!!!! is this it, have I found the cure??????

So far so good guys!!!!
