Affirmations for Positive Thinking

There is something I need to tell you !!!


I know we have all read about affirmations and how important it is to do them daily but how many of you actually do them ?


I’ve read so many books about self help and positive thinking and they all say how important affirmations are !!!


So for the last 2 years I’ve put it to the test and I have religiously been doing them and my god they actually work !!!


I honestly thought it was all a load of BS until I saw it with my own eyes !! I’ve even got my friends doing it with me now and they’ve all seen the difference.


If you want to make a change in your life something needs to change right !? And the one thing that needs to change is you !! Sorry to be so blunt but it’s true !!


You need to change your mindset to go down a different path in life !!


Listen… your talking to the one person who hates change, but now I’ve experienced the results I’m all over it like a rash! I do my affirmations daily.


I always start with 5 affirmations about the things I’m grateful for, not materialistic things though as that’s not important right now. What’s important is getting your mindset on the appreciation train !!! Once you’re on that you attract more of it !! You see what you think about daily is what you attract more of! So why not start the day with all the things your grateful for and that way you bring more of it to you !!!


It’s so easy !!! Just do it !!
