How to stop self sabotage

Why are we always self-sabotaging ourselves? Why do we do this every time something good happens to us then suddenly things go bad, is this someone else’s fault? Or is it ours?


I used to think that when bad things happened it was someone else’s fault! But really deep down inside it was totally my fault!! the thing is we want for certain things in our life and ask and pray for them! and then when we get them, we do something crazy and self-sabotage them!!! but why do we always do this!?


So, here’s my thoughts I’m in my late 30s now and I’ve came to realise that I was self-sabotaging myself for a very long time because I was scared of losing the things I wanted when I got them !! sounds crazy right!!


I think when I get these things I think oh my gosh this is amazing. Then I think I’m not good enough to have them or to keep them so I put negative thoughts into my mind and ruin what I have but now I know the secret I know how to keep the things that make me so happy.


I no longer let those bad thoughts enter my mind ! I’ve trained myself to think a certain way !!!


I have a ritual I do every morning want to hear it ??


  • I say 5 affirmations about what I’m grateful for :

I am so grateful for ………


Please don’t be materialistic ! You need to be grateful for things like your health and your families health etc ….

  • I then say 5 reasons why I think I am beautiful.

Even if I am not feeling it I find 5 things to say about myself !! If you don’t have confidence in yourself no one else will give it to you. You have to find it in yourself to attract the things and people you want.

  • I also turn every negative into a positive!! If I think a negative thought I try and turn it around. “God I’m feeling so ugly today” to “I am so grateful I am feeling so beautiful today”

I know this sounds crazy but try it !!!! You will be amazed at how different your life changes !!
